nugg.ad AG is a leading provider of targeting solutions which utilises the latest technology to reduce online advertising campaign wastage, whilst increasing effectiveness.

The Berlin-based firm was founded by Stephan Noller, Frank Wagner (both experienced market and media researchers) and Klaus Kögler. Nugg.ad AG have developed what is known as predictive behavioural targeting, a method of audience targeting.

As Vice President Sales, Christian Elsner heads all sales activities at nugg.ad and is responsible for the strategy of all sales channels across Europe. Elsner, originally from Hamburg, completed a degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Hannover and then worked as a management consultant specialising in raising performance levels for Horváth & Partners in Düsseldorf, before becoming Senior Consultant at the Pixelpark subsidiary ZLU in Berlin.

Following this, Elsner was responsible for large American clients such as Adobe Systems, Hewlett Packard, McAfee und Sun Microsystems as Sales and Marketing Director for Netopsystems AG. Elsner then became Sales Manager at Webtrekk, one of the leading providers of web analytics, before becoming Country Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Nedstat, the European leader in web analytics.
